COVID-19 & Seasonal Influenza
Please note, this policy has been expanded to address concerns related to seasonal influenza and more generally infectious disease. The Outdoor Achievement Group, L.L.C. is committed to providing “brain wellness” services in a way that protects the well-being of individuals, families, and the community. We are currently offering office-based therapy services by appointment and scheduled workshops/seminars at our Oklahoma City office and the Lake Hefner Marina. Here’s what we are doing…
- Our policies are generally consistent with evolving CDC guidelines.
- Noninvasive temperature checks for staff and consumers are available before entering office spaces.
- If you have been exposed to any communicable disease or are experiencing symptoms of infectious disease (e.g., fever, chills, cough, runny nose, headache, muscle aches, etc.) please contact our office to reschedule your appointment or arrange for an eTherapy session.
- If you or someone you have contact with is considered especially vulnerable to infectious disease due to advanced age, immunodeficiency, chronic illness, or other risk factors please contact our office to reschedule your appointment or arrange for an eTherapy session.
- Visitors and staff are welcome to wear a face covering at their discretion in conjunction with social distancing.
- Please do not bring children to the office unless they have an appointment.
- Toys and books have ben removed from the waiting areas.
- We are using HEPA air purifiers in office spaces.
- We are sanitizing high traffic areas multiple times during the day.
- We are sanitizing office spaces and therapy equipment following each appointment.
- Antibacterial soap is available in the restrooms and hand sanitizer is available in the common areas.
- Visitors are asked to use hand sanitizer whenever they enter and leave the therapy office.
- Therapists are asked to wash their hands between sessions.
